Previously though TJ worked for many years in the finance sector for an international portfolio management company, headquartered in Dublin 2. This role evolved from a straight forward highly focused technical support position into an IT management function for the international multi site & multi company environment which resulted in vast & varied specialist technology exposure such as Lotus, Citrix & practically all Microsoft technologies. With experience dealing directly with high net worth individuals and foreign embassy Diplomats TJ understands time sensitive support and high level service delivery. As an IT professional TJ holds many strong industry recognised IT support credentials such as Microsoft certified systems engineer for Windows NT 4 & Windows 2003 specialising in Exchange messaging, Lotus certified professional, Novell Certified administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate, all this combined with a genuine desire to solve all the IT problems of our clients organisation is the ideal profile required to end your IT support solution dilemma. |

Starting his professional career with IBM as a helpdesk technician in 1997 providing phone support to customers in the US, Kenneth then progressed onward to a field service role with Siemens where he was then outsourced to Bank of Irelands head office in Dublin. During which time he completed the A+ and MCSE qualifications through the Siemens CATT training centre. Following on from this Kenneth moved into Eircom where he was responsible for the day to day running of their 9000 user Windows NT server network in their main data centre located in Dundrum.During this time with Eircom he implemented their Arcserve backup solution for running nightly server backups for 200 servers to a centralised robotic library. Kenneth was instrumental in the design and setup of the Eircom web phone network which is still in use today in such core areas as airports and shopping centres throughout the country.Facing a new challenge Kenneth moved to MJ Flood technology as their senior network engineer where he spent 6 years, progressing his way up to lead IT consultant. During this time he worked on a variety of large network designs and installations, for example a country wide Citrix installation running over MPLS for the Veolia Environment Group and the network design and implementation for the prestigious K Club Gold & Spa Resort.Having installed numerous SANS and large network solutions throughout Ireland and the UK, Kenneth has attained the highest certifications from Microsoft and Hewlett Packard.Kenneth has a total of 11 years practical experience in the IT industry and is an active member of the Irish Computer Society (ICS). |
